Choose in updates-track configuration-dual tyre round and then you can use all tyres.
In the race, you can use any type of tire.

Yes, you can use both type of tyres on any track. But in the first race you need to start on the same tyres as you use in qualification (this rule doesn't work if you use wet tyres). In the second race you can start on any tyres.
