Number 1 choosing procedure:
Roman Yakubovich can choose #1 the first. If he does not choose #1, then Alexander Zakirov can choose it. If he does not choose #1, then anyone who wishes can choose it.

By submitting a registration in the championship, the participant confirms that he has read and accepted championship regulations.
